LITTLE ROCK, AR, September 18, 2008 – The Little Rock Convention & Visitors Bureau (LRCVB) announced today the selection of Little Rock for one of the nation’s most sought-after annual conferences. The National Organization for Black Law Enforcement Executives (NOBLE) has officially selected Little Rock as the host city for its 2012 National Conference and Exposition.

Agency to take non-traditional approach to combat juvenile delinquency
Little Rock, AR May 27, 2008 – As a response to the problems and social costs of delinquent behavior among central Arkansas youth, the Arkansas Department of Human Services is engaging a leading local marketing agency to influence the culture and communication of area teens. The Department's Division of Youth Services and the Arkansas Coalition for Juvenile Justice have awarded a grant to Advantage Communications, Inc. (ACI) of Little Rock for a decidedly non-traditional approach.
